1. Introduction
Welcome to Fake It (the “Application”, “App”, or “Service”), a mobile party game designed for entertainment purposes.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern Your use of the Application operated by AppLab Kamil Piekarz
By downloading, installing, or using the App, You agree to be bound by these Terms.
If You do not agree with any part of the Terms, You must not use the Application.

The Company grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes on a compatible device owned or controlled by You.

Attempt to circumvent any security measures or payment verification systems.
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend Your access to the App without prior notice if You violate these Terms.

The Application may offer optional in-app purchases (such as additional content or game modes).
All purchases are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and managed via RevenueCat.
We do not collect or store Your payment information.
Refunds for purchases are handled exclusively by the respective platform (Apple or Google) in accordance with their refund policies.
By making a purchase, You acknowledge and agree that:
All transactions are final once completed through the App Store or Google Play.
Some features or content may be available only through paid access or subscriptions.
Access to purchased items is linked to Your App Store / Google Play account and cannot be transferred to other accounts or platforms.

If You subscribe, the terms (duration, renewal, cancellation, and pricing) will be clearly presented before purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

You may not use Our trademarks, game assets, or branding without prior written permission.

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will function uninterrupted or error-free.
Any defects will be corrected.
The App will be free of viruses or other harmful components.
Your use of the App is entirely at Your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of:

Any other matter related to the use of the Service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages; in such cases, Our liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate Your access to the App at any time, without notice, if:

The App is discontinued.
Upon termination, all rights granted to You under these Terms will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Poland
